By using PESA, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Escrow Transactions

All payments made through Link Pesa are held in escrow until the buyer confirms successful delivery. Sellers receive payment only after buyer confirmation. Affiliates earn commissions upon successful transaction completion. Disputes are resolved by our support team based on delivery evidence.

Referral Commissions

Affiliates earn commissions on sales made through their unique referral links. Commission amounts are set by vendors per product. Commissions are credited upon successful delivery confirmation by the buyer. Attempts to manipulate or fraudulently generate commissions will result in account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for illegal transactions, fraud, spam, harassment, or selling prohibited items. Link Pesa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
